Nagannu Island: recommended for half day trip to a tiny island - the boat ride is about 30 minutes. Full amenities, small diner/restaurant, snorkeling and other marine activities (I saw a sea turtle!) I booked through here: http://www.jalan.net/kankou/spt_guide000000182343/

Tokashiki Island: ferry ride is about 2 hours? recommended for overnight. Beautiful beaches
